Description
- Configuring and installing software, routers, servers and other network devices
- Designing and deploying functional networks such as LAN, WLAN or WAN
- Monitoring network performance, security, and integrity
- Suggesting improvements to network capacity, performance, and scalability
- Maintaining technical documentation and mentoring team on technical issues
- Manage Helpdesk queues to resolve all personnel IT inquiries and communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
- Prioritize IT concerns and escalate serious issues to relevant stakeholders
- Avoid services interruptions by performing system installations, updates and maintenance procedures
- Creating, overseeing and testing security/cyber security measures such as disaster recovery and access authentication
- Identifying and resolving issues by troubleshooting local and cloud infrastructure
- Manage parodic audit and network compliances
- Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)
- Provide advice and technical training to users across the organization
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure IT needs are met.
